App Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nagato, the multi-channel network management platform operated by Tourn Media AB ("Tourn",
"we", "us", or "our") at https://nagato.io (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the
Service, you ("you" or "Creator") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
The Service
Nagato is a management platform for YouTube creators participating in the Tourn multi-channel network ("MCN"). The Service connects to your YouTube channel via the YouTube API Services
and provides tools for monitoring channel performance, viewing revenue attributable to your channel under the network, managing your network relationship, and receiving payouts of the share of revenue owed
to you.
Eligibility and Accounts
To use the Service you must (a) be at least the age of majority in your country of residence, (b) own or be authorised to manage the YouTube channel you connect to Nagato, and (c) provide accurate
registration details and keep them current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@tourn.se if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Revenue Share and Payments
Creators participating in the Nagato MCN are entitled to a share of the YouTube advertising and related revenue attributable to their channel under Nagato's content owner account, as defined in the
revenue-share agreement displayed within your Nagato account. Payouts are processed via the payment method you select and confirm in your account settings. Tourn cannot issue payouts until your payment
details are confirmed. Payouts are subject to applicable minimum thresholds, processing schedules, and tax or accounting obligations.
YouTube API Services
Nagato uses YouTube API Services to provide its core features. By creating an account with Nagato and connecting your Google account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You also acknowledge that Google's handling of your YouTube data is described in the Google
Privacy Policy.
You may revoke Nagato's access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Details of what data we access, how we use it, how long we retain it, and how to request deletion are set out in Nagato's Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
When using the Service you agree not to:
- misrepresent your identity or your authority over a YouTube channel;
- attempt to access or interfere with parts of the Service that are not intended for you;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the Service except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
- use the Service in any manner that violates the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube Community Guidelines or applicable law; or
- attempt to circumvent any technical or contractual safeguards we put in place.
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on and links to third-party services, including YouTube, Google and our payment processor. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, policies, availability
or practices of those third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms.
Termination
You may terminate your Nagato account at any time by contacting support@tourn.se. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if your YouTube
channel is removed from the Nagato MCN, or if continued provision of the Service to you becomes impossible or commercially unreasonable. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and we
will handle your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that revenue
figures shown will exactly match amounts ultimately paid out — YouTube revenue figures are themselves estimates that may be adjusted by YouTube.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tourn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or
relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount paid by us to you under your revenue-share agreement in the
twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice — typically at least 30 days — via email or through the Service before the changes
take effect. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
